Moral Entanglement: Taking Responsibility and Vicarious Responsibility

Abstract: Vicarious responsibility is sometimes analysed by considering the different kinds of agents involved—who vicariously responsible for actions whom? In this paper, I discuss vicarious from a angle: in what sense agent responsible? do ways which one may take events caused another or process. three senses taking responsibility—accepting fault, assuming obligations, and fulfilling obligations—and forms that correspond to these. end explaining how judge applies given case, based on degree (what call) moral entanglement between they should for.
